1. Publisher and licence
Peg It is published by Ryan Bradley, an independent publisher. Contact support@pegitapp.com for help or questions.
App Store downloads are licensed under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless a different licence is provided on the App Store. This page explains Peg It’s use and purchase arrangements; it does not replace Apple’s licence, purchase terms or your statutory rights.
2. What Peg It is for
Peg It brings camera-based measurement, AR layout, material calculations and local project organisation together for DIY and professional work. It supports planning and on-site layout; professional surveying, engineering design and checks required for your task remain separate.
The app is preparing for its first App Store release. No purchase is taken through this website. The App Store listing will confirm availability and supported devices. Feature availability depends on the released version, device capabilities and your plan; not every iPhone supports every feature.
3. Accuracy and safe use
Peg It is not a survey-grade instrument and does not promise a fixed measurement tolerance. Results depend on tracking, physical reference placement, lighting, surface detail, movement, distance and the environment. Compass readings can be affected by metal and electrical equipment. Displayed decimal places or a normal tracking state do not establish real-world accuracy.
- Verify critical measurements and positions with equipment suited to the job before cutting, ordering, excavating or building.
- Do not rely on the app alone for legal boundaries, buried services, structural decisions or safety-critical work.
- Calculator results depend on the inputs and assumptions supplied; they are not engineering approval or evidence of code compliance.
- Stay aware of your surroundings. Do not use the camera while driving or operating machinery.
- Recheck alignment after tracking problems or interruptions. A saved design is not a permanent physical AR anchor across app restarts.
These points explain the intended use of the tool and do not remove rights that applicable law gives you.
4. Free features and Pro
Core Line, Area, Perimeter and Circle measurement, Level, quick Rectangle, Circle, Line and Triangle, and two project folders are free. Pro adds custom templates, paths, patterns, advanced measurements, unlimited project folders and professional exports.
At launch, Pro will offer monthly and yearly subscriptions with the same Pro features. Your local price, currency and billing period are shown before you confirm through Apple. The yearly price is the full amount charged for the year, not a monthly payment plan. Scan is not included as a released feature or a promised subscription benefit.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, according to the terms Apple shows at purchase. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account’s subscription settings. Deleting Peg It does not cancel a subscription.
Use Restore purchases with the purchasing Apple Account to check existing access. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal rather than ending access immediately; expiry, refunds or revocation can change access. For cancellation help see Apple’s guide. Apple-billed refund requests can be made through Apple’s refund service, without limiting other rights that apply.
5. Your work and third-party services
Your project content remains yours. Only import or share material you have the right to use, and consider client confidentiality and personal information before sharing a plan or screenshot.
Peg It stores work locally and does not offer its own cloud backup or cross-device account service. Save and export important work before removing the app or changing devices. Apple backups and exported copies are separate.
Apple Maps and other Apple services have their own terms and availability. Map imagery is not evidence of a legal boundary. Read the Privacy Policy for information about local storage, permissions and support.
6. Consumer rights and support
Nothing on this page excludes or limits consumer guarantees, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. We do not apply a blanket “no refunds” rule.
If something is wrong, email support with the issue, your app and iOS versions, and the outcome you are seeking. We will investigate and respond as soon as reasonably possible, and within any applicable legal deadline. If it remains unresolved, reply asking for the complaint to be reviewed. You can still use remedies and complaint channels available under applicable law.
